چکیده مقاله:

With the increasing number of construction and infrastructure projects in developing countries due to lack of attention to safety, the rate of accidents and accidents occurred in the projects has increased sharply. Due to the negative effects of this incident in various dimensions, including social, cultural and economic, the construction industry urgently needs a special look at the concept of safety. Because the success of a project means achieving its goals, safety, as one of the goals of the project, should have a similar status to other business priorities of organizations involved in the construction industry. Success in safety programs involves two main dimensions. First: Success factors in safety and second: Criteria for measuring safety performance Comparing the statistics of accidents and injuries in the country with international statistics, it results that the safety situation in Iran is not currently in a favorable situation. Therefore, the present study examines the dimensions of success in safety programs. The current passive approach, which exists in many organizations, does not provide information on the level of security of activities or information security culture. Therefore, in the final part of the present study, the key indicators of preventive performance are developed through the factors identified as success factors of safety programs. After collecting the answers, the results are divided into two categories: ۱. Managers, ۲. Safety experts and supervisors were classified. The commitment of senior and project managers to safety, safety equipment as well as personal attitude towards safety were introduced as the most important effective factors in promoting project safety. Indirect costs were also calculated to be about ۲.۶۷ times direct costs in some of the projects studied.
