چکیده مقاله:
Backgrounds: Matrix Metalloproteinase-۲ (MMP-۲) is a zinc-containing enzyme with anextensive feature involving components of the extracellular matrix, cell surface, variousbioactive molecules, and signaling pathways. MMP۲ is investigating essential roles in varioussignaling pathways and progress in neural stem cells.Materials and Methods: According to the neurogenesis and neural stem cell differentiationnetwork, this paper proposes a protein-protein interaction (PPI) extraction method. Our modeldoes rely on bioinformatics tools.Results: We use the PPI extraction models heavily to rely heavily on parsing results from naturallanguage processing tools like R language. We evaluated our model based on seven PPIextraction Cdkn۱a, Stat۳, Ctsb, Lcn۲, Ccl۲, Fgf۲, and mTOR in neural stem cells differentiationand Sparc, shh, Gsk۳b, Sdc۱, Angpt۲, Angpt۱ is high co-function in neurogenesis by MMP-۲.Conclusion: These studies show an essential role of MMP۲ in neurogenesis and neural stemcells differentiation and confirm its importance in NPC activities crucial to brain development,growth, and recovery from injury.
