چکیده مقاله:

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of body percussion training on sustainable attention of ۶ to ۱۰ year old students. The design of this study was a quasi-experimental intervention. The statistical population of this study included all male and female students aged ۶ to ۱۰ years (up to the fourth grade of elementary school) and the statistical sample of this study were people who referred to the White Tree Institute and Cyrus Complex. According to Cohen's table, the samples of this study included ۱۹ students who were divided into two groups of control and experimental through voluntary and available sampling method. In this way, ۹ people were in the experimental group and ۱۰ people were in the control group. Tests were taken as pre-test and post-test from all subjects in both groups. The experimental group underwent ۲۰ sessions of ۶۰ minutes of body percussion training. To measure the research variables, continuous performance test in the form of pre-test and post-test was used. Data were analyzed by multivariate covariance and one-way analysis of covariance. The results showed that body percussion has a positive effect on students' sustained attention.
