This study aims to investigate the effect of entrepreneurial personality on trust among employees and its effect on cooperationbetween employees. The research method is quantitative. For this purpose, a statistical sample of ۲۴۰ people was selected from thestaff of Export Development Bank by simple random sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire consisting of ۲۹ items on aseven-point Likert scale. It was developed according to the indicators of individual and social competence and entrepreneurialpersonality. The validity of the questionnaire was determined using the opinion of experts and the analysis of items and itsreliability was determined by Cronbach's alpha. Data were analyzed by using PLS software. Confirmatory factor analysis and pathanalysis were used to analyze the structural equation model. The results showed that entrepreneurial personality has a positiveeffect on trust among employees and this trust leads to cooperation between employees
