رابطه انگیزش پیشرفت و فرسودگی تحصیلی با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران

چکیده مقاله:

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین رابطه انگیزش پیشرفت و فرسودگی تحصیلی با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی در دانشجویان انجام شده است. روش کار: روش پژوهش با توجه به هدف کاربردی و ازنظر نحوه گردآوری داده ها از نوع توصیفی و به صورت همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران می باشد که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تعداد ۴۰۵ نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده اند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه بود که به همین منظور از پرسشنامه انگیزش پیشرفت هرمنس، پرسشنامه فرسودگی تحصیلی برسو یا مسلش و خودکارآمدی شرر استفاده شد. پایایی ابزار با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرون باخ محاسبه شده است. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که رابطه معنی دار و مثبتی بین انگیزش پیشرفت و خودکارآمدی، رابطه معنی دار و منفی بین انگیزش پیشرفت و فرسودگی تحصیلی و رابطه معنی دار و منفی بین خودکارآمدی و فرسودگی تحصیلی وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که خودکارآمدی نقش میانجی را در رابطه بین انگیزش پیشرفت و فرسودگی تحصیلی بازی می کند. نتیجه گیری: انگیزش پیشرفت بر فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان تاثیر مثبت بسزایی دارد یعنی با افزایش میزان انگیزش پیشرفت از فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان کاسته می شود و با کاهش میزان انگیزش پیشرفت، فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان بیشتر می شود و نیز تقویت متغیر خودکار آمدی می تواند به عنوان عاملی برای افزایش انگیزش پیشرفت و کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان باشد.
