بررسی وضعیت تعلل ورزی، فرسودگی تحصیلی و عملکرد تحصیلی در دانشجویان پرستاری

چکیده مقاله:

مقدمه: فرسودگی تحصیلی و تعلل ورزی به عنوان موانعی برای پیشرفت تحصیلی می توانند بر عملکرد تحصیلی تاثیر گذار باشد. بنابراین شناخت عوامل مرتبط بر آن ها ضروری است، لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین وضعیت تعلل ورزی، فرسودگی تحصیلی و عملکرد تحصیلی و عوامل مرتبط با آن ها در دانشجویان پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری گناباد انجام شده است. روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی ۱۵۹دانشجوی ترم دوم تا هشتم کارشناسی پرستاری در دانشکده پرستاری گناباد که در نیمسال اول سال تحصیلی۹۶- ۱۳۹۵ مشغول به تحصیل بودند انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از فرم اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه های فرسودگی تحصیلی بروسو و تعلل ورزی تحصیلی سولومون و راث بلوم گردآوری شد. عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان نیزبا درنظر گرفتن معدل کل مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با بهره گیری از نرم افزار SPSS انجام گرفت. یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره تعلل ورزی تحصیلی دانشجویان( ۷۱/۱۰)۸۹/۸۳ و فرسودگی تحصیلی آنان (۲۳/۸)۷۲/۴۷ بود. میانگین و انحراف معیار معدل کل دانشجویان(۱۶/۱)۳۹/۱۶ بود. نتایج آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد بین تعلل ورزی تحصیلی با جنس ارتباط آماری معنا داری وجود دارد(۰۴/۰ = P). نتیجه آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد بین نمره کلی تعلل ورزی تحصیلی و نمره کلی فرسودگی تحصیلی ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد(۰۰۰۱/۰ > P). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به وجود تعلل ورزی و فرسودگی تحصیلی در دانشجویان پرستاری و شناسایی عوامل مرتبط با آنها برنامه ریزان آموزش پرستاری بایستی با اجرای اقدامات مناسب، سعی در کاهش تعلل ورزی و فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان پرستاری داشته باشند.
