طراحی بسته آموزشی رشد عزت نفس بهینه مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی و تاثیر آن برکاهش خشم و نشخوار خشم

چکیده مقاله:

مقدمه: خشم، هیجانی است که به دلیل اثرات اجتماعی آن و نیز نقش آن در بیماری­ های قلبی عروقی همواره مورد توجه است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی بسته آموزشی رشد عزت­ نفس بهینه بر خشم و نشخوار خشم بود. این بسته آموزشی بر اساس نظریه کرنیس و با استفاده از تکنیک ­های ذهن­ آگاهی طراحی شد. روش: این پژوهش از نوع آزمایشی بر اساس طرح پیش آزمون و پس ­آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش، دانشجویان دانشگاه شیراز، شیوه نمونه­ گیری به صورت هدفمند و شرکت­ کنندگان شامل ۵۰ نفر از دانشجویانی بود که برای همکاری در پژوهش اعلام آمادگی کرده بودند که به تصادف در دو گروه ۲۵ نفره (گروه کنترل و گروه آزمایشی) قرار گرفتند. ابزار مورد استفاده، پرسشنامه ­های نشخوار خشم ARS و سیاهه چندبعدی خشمMAI  بودند که در مراحل پیش­ آزمون و پس­ آزمون توسط شرکت­ کنندگان تکمیل گردیدند. گروه آزمایشی به مدت ۸ جلسه تحت آموزش قرار گرفتند. گروه کنترل، آموزشی دریافت نکردند. یافته ها: تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیره نشان داد پس از اجرای بسته آموزشی، تفاوت معناداری در ابعاد نشخوار خشم شامل افکار خشمناک پس از رویداد، افکار انتقام، خاطرات خشم­ برانگیز و درک علت­ ها و نیز ابعاد خشم شامل برانگیختگی خشم، موقعیت­ های خشم ­برانگیز و خشم درونی شده در گروه آزمایشی نسبت به گروه کنترل ایجاد شد.. نتیجه­ گیری: این بسته آموزشی می­ تواند با ایجاد آگاهی نسبت به خویشتن، رشد پردازش­ شناختی بدون سوگیری، شکل­ دهی رفتار برخاسته از ارزش­ های فرد و کمک به برقراری رابطه­ ای اصیل ، فرد را در جهت اصالت خویشتن سوق ­دهد که پیامد آن دست­یابی به عزت ­نفس ایمن و نهایتا، کاهش خشم و نشخوار خشم است.
