چکیده مقاله:
Objective: Liposomes are bilayer and spherical s tructures thatcan carry a variety of materials therefore widely used in moderndrug delivery. For many years so far, the human race has madetremendous use of bee products. Honey is well known for itsmedicinal and nutritional properties, although Royal jelly attractedattention for its effects on human life. The mos t noticeablefatty acid in the Royal Jelly s tructure is labeled ۱۰-HDA(۱۰-hydroxy-۲-decanoic acid). Due to its high anti-bacterialand antioxidant activity, widely used in the health and cosmeticsindus tries.Materials and Methods: We are going to use the thin-layermethod for liposome preparation. Materials include soy lecithin,ethanol, chloroform, choles terol, CTAB, ۱۰-HDA, andRoyal Jelly. The next s tep is to characterize liposomes to analyzetoxicity. At las t, we will tes t their anti-bacterial and antiinflammatorypotentials.Results: In using liposomes as drug carriers, reducing manufacturingcos ts is serious. Soy lecithin is an organic, non-toxicsubs tance for preparing liposomes. The cos t of liposome preparationby using soy lecithin will decrease. Also, we expect tosee the anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effects from preparedliposomes.Conclusion: Based on research and the importance of findingsomething to replace chemical antibiotics, we expect RoyallJelly or ۱۰-HDA can be useful as an organic antibiotic. We hopeour s tudy help to find an organic, non-toxic, and natural substance for replacing chemical antibiotics.
