چکیده مقاله:
In today’s world, modeling has many benefits, includingbanking and financial and credit institutions. One of themain activities of the commercial banks and Finance andCredit Institutes is to offer financial facilities. Usually,these financial facilities are considered as a main asset anda primary source for bank revenues. These facilities canalso bring most risks for the banks. In this research in orderto determine an optimum structure of endowed facilities bybanks and finance and credit institutes, we propose aflexible fuzzy linear programming (FFLP) model and thensolve the achieved mathematical model by using atwo-phase approach. This model can be the bestcombination of facilities that maximize the profit of institute.In addition, in the first Phase, the original FFLP problemconverts it to a Multi-Objective Linear Programing(MOLP) problem, and the problem is reduced by weightedtechnique. This approach in Phase II provides solutionswith a higher degree of satisfaction than the first stage. Soby using two-Phase approach, we can obtain a betterutilization of available resources.
