چکیده مقاله:

PVC and nanoclay particles have a significant effect on strengthening the mechanical properties of polymercomposites. In this research, unsaturated polyester nanocomposites based on the presence of spherical microparticles ofpolyvinyl chloride (PVC) and planar clay nanoparticles and in different percentages of ۰, ۵, ۱۰, ۲۰, and ۳۰ PVCparticles and weight percentages of ۱, ۵, And ۸ total nanoparticles were produced in two separate and hybrid stageswith the help of a sonicator stirrer. After mixing, the compounds were molded, and composite samples were formedafter a few hours by adding a hardener. Finally, different samples were prepared to perform different mechanical testssuch as tension, bending, and impact. The results of the tests showed that with the increase in the presence of PVCparticles, the tensile strength decreases. Also, the results show that spherical particles have better mechanicalproperties compared to flat particles.
