چکیده مقاله:

In this paper, ultra low power, fully integrated CMOSmerged low noise amplifier (LNA) and mixer suitable forwireless sensor network (WSN) applications are proposed. Inthe proposed design current reused and forward body biasingmethods are used together, which result in extremely ultra lowpower design. In the design process at first the ultra low powerLNA and mixer using current reused method is designed with ۱V supply voltage, which only consumes ۳۷۰ μW. Then thesupply voltage is reduced to ۰.۸ V, using the forward bodybiasing method and ۱۷۴ μW power consumption is obtained.
