چکیده مقاله:

The main purpose of this study was to systematically review evidence-based neurological assessment of the different methods of treadmill-related training protocols in stroke animal models.Material and Methods: The noticeable biases such as training intensity, duration, protocol, safety, overload, and neurological scale expression were selected for control purposes. Subgroup categorisations for the studies were provided based on previous studies and the threshold values for training intensity and duration were determined. Results: In animals, low intensity-low duration protocol induced a significantly greater neurological rehabilitation than corresponding controls and all other groups (-۱.۳۳; ۹۵% CI= -۱.۶۶ to -۱.۰).Conclusions: Our results from animal studies confirm that low intensity-high duration strategies were more effective in promoting the neurological rehabilitation.
