چکیده مقاله:

Grid reliability is increased via interoperable smart microgrids. Semantic data exchange between the various domains is necessary, to accomplish interoperability. The Common Information Model (CIM) tool was created by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) as a standard application programming interface, for sharing semantic information in power systems. A strong framework for reliable data sharing, merging, and transforming into reusable information is provided by CIM. IEC Standard ۶۱۹۶۸ is developed in ۲۰۰۳ and evolved up to ۲۰۲۲, to govern the information exchanges between advanced distribution management system (ADMS) subsystems and softwares. In this paper, the evolution of IEC ۶۱۹۶۸ standard over this twenty-year time has been investigated, and its chronological trend is analyzed. This analysis of the information architecture and interchange is based on an older technical report: one of the oldest CIRED WG reports, i.e. the Distribution Automation WG ۱۹۹۲.
