Investigating the impact of applying occupational health and safety requirements on the time frame of construction projects

Construction is an industry that, according to statistics, creates about ۱۳% of direct employment, but in recent years alone, it has included ۴۰-۵۰% of accidents at work. In this research, in order to investigate the effect of applying occupational health and safety requirements on the time frame of construction projects in Mehr housing, information related to the variables of safety and health requirements, environmental factors causing delay and organizational factors causing delay from ۱۲۲ experts, employers, supervisors Mehr housing projects, a case study was collected. Using SPSS software and factor analysis method to identify the most important factors from the point of view of the respondents, it is one of the most important factors affecting the requirements of occupational health and safety on the time frame of construction projects. According to the results obtained in the general effects of the model, it was shown that all the relationships and variable influences of safety and health requirements on environmental factors and organizational factors are significant. By examining the variable impact of safety and health requirements on organizational factors, the delay is high.
