چکیده مقاله:
A sulfonamide scaffold is one of the most important heterocycle scaffolds in organicand medicinal chemistry due to this scaffold being the backbone of various antitumor,anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, and numerous other drugs. In the lastdecades, reported convenient and simple methods for the synthesis of sulfonamide. Inrecent years, the interest in sulfonamide scaffolds has increased day by day andresearchers are improving the synthesis pathways of these scaffolds because thenumerous properties and activities of these scaffolds in the field of medicinal andbiological have made them the best candidates for industrial production and researchhave been shown products of medicinal with sulfonamide scaffold are increasing. Thispresent review covers the developments of excellent pathways for the synthesis ofsulfonamide Scaffold.
