Empowering employees in all organizations leads to the improvement of their organizational performance. Inuniversities, due to the implementation of knowledge management methods, the empowerment of knowledgeworkers becomes relevant. In this research, the interpretive structural modeling of the empowerment of knowledgeworkers in Payame Noor University of Semnan is presented. For this purpose, the statistical population in thisresearch includes all the professors of Payame Noor University of Semnan. The components are identified using theopinions of all professors, and finally, pairwise comparisons are made using the opinions of experts. After carryingout interpretative structural modeling of the empowerment of academic forces in Payam Noor University ofSemnan, it was found that increasing knowledge share and training of employees are the factors influencing theempowerment of academic forces of Payame Noor University. The existence of infrastructure and facilities has beeneffective in empowering the academic staff of Payame Noor University and this issue will lead to the satisfaction ofstudents and other clients.
