چکیده مقاله:

Types of tobacco and its use have been prevalent among the natives of different regions of theworld for thousands of years, from Latin America to Africa and East Asia and even the MiddleEast, but it is from the middle of the ۲۰th century that it takes on a social aspect: in other words, nearly ۱۷% (a Sixth) It includes the people of every country and the world. All the efforts andplans to reduce this amount of consuming people in the world, if not useless, have definitely hadvery limited effects, because this amount has been continuously increasing and changing theapproach: feminization, teenagers and children, and family consumption. This does not mean thatthe political, health and economic managers of the societies do not care and try, but perhaps one ofthe important reasons is the lack of attention to social management in reducing consumption andpreventing new and more people from entering the consumption cycle. New studies (during thelast two decades) have shown that this approach of only paying attention to tobacco users hasprevented us from estimating the amount of people involved (indirectly) and indirect costs (oftensocial and cultural). This article has more of a conceptual approach to the issue of tobaccoconsumption and with the pathology of a particle-oriented view and the approach ofindividualization, it tries to open other doors for planning to reduce consumption and evaluatetrends. Because according to the individual approach of consumption, achieving a city withouttobacco is almost impossible.
