چکیده مقاله:

It has been indicated that crude oil vapor (COV) induces tissue damage by several molecular mechanisms. Quercetin (QT) as an important component of food with antioxidant properties has a protective role against cell toxicity caused by many pollutants. However, data related to the adverse effects of crude oil pollutants on stem cell fate and differentiation and the role of QT in protecting stem cells against the toxicity caused by these pollutants are very limited. In the present study, we investigated the protective role of QT against the adverse effects of crude oil vapor (COV) on fetal mesenchymal stem cells (fMSCs) differentiation following prenatal exposure.
