Piezoelectric nanomaterials have the characteristics of strong electromechanical coupling, small size, high sensitivity, and are widely used in the manufacture of generators, sensors and other fields. The characteristics of an energy collector in the IIoT power supply system based on piezoelectric Nanomaterials have been analyzed in this manuscript.The PVDF piezoelectric Nanofibers are prepared by using electrospinning technology; the material and the control chip have been integrated into the piezoelectric energy collector of the bimorph structure. The energy collector has been simplified into the spring-mass system to establish the single degree of freedom and the theoretical model. On the basis of the characteristics of the energy collector, single degree of freedom theory model in combination to the characteristic analysis method has been used to effectively analyze the displacement characteristics. The branch characteristics of the output voltage amplitude-frequency curve are also analyzed. The energy collector with cantilever structure has the working frequency range of ۱۲Hz to ۱۸Hz and an optimum excitation frequency of ۱۶Hz. The proposed work enhances the power generation mechanism by providing quick solutions for IIoT in industry ۴.۰.It is of great significance for the actual IIOT of Industry ۴.۰.
