Effects of Organic Fertilizers on EO Yield and EO chemicalcompounds of white Savory under Dry Farming

White savory (Saturejamutica Fisch. & C. A. Mey.) grows in the rocky areas of the north andnorthwest of Iran. The use of organic fertilizers (O. Fs.) increases the organic matter and essentialnutrients of the soil, and improves the maintenance of soil moisture and finally improves the stabilityof agricultural systems. To investigate the effect of different organic fertilizer (O. F.) on essential oilin white savory under dry farming, a RCBD design with three replications was conducted. ThreeFertilizer treatments (cow manure ۳۰ tons / ha, enriched straw by sulfate ammonium ۱۰ ton / ha andfarm soil) applied during ۲۰۱۷- ۲۰۱۸ and ۲۰۱۸-۲۰۱۹ crop years. The highest EO percentage (۲.۰۲%)was found in the farm soil treatment (control) and the highest EO yield (۲۲.۱۳ kg / ha) was obtainedin the treatment of enriched wheat straw.
