The ۲۱century faces multiple and complex challenges the new ۲۰۳۰ sustainable development Agenda ۲۰۳۰.The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or Global Goals are a collection of ۱۷ interlinked global goals designed to be a "shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future". The SDGs were set up in ۲۰۱۵ by the United Nations General Assembly (UN-GA) and are intended to be achieved by ۲۰۳۰. They are included in a UN-GA Resolution called the ۲۰۳۰ Agenda or what is colloquially known as Agenda ۲۰۳۰.Safe food is a primary determinant of human health. It is a basic human right to have access to safe and healthy food. In seeking to guarantee this right, governments must ensure that available food meets safety standards, national food safety systems while improving international and national collaboration. While recognizing that food safety is a shared responsibility among multiple stakeholders, countries must show leadership in adopting and implementing food safety policies which ensure that each stakeholder knows and correctly plays their part. However, access to sufficient, safe, and wholesome food for all remains an elusive goal. Economic disparities within and across countries, including marked differences in the strength of national food safety systems and complex dynamics that operate within food systems, have significantly slowed progress towards achieving this goal. Since its establishment in ۱۹۴۸, the World Health Organization (WHO) has had an unwavering ۱۷ commitment to reducing the burden of foodborne illness on global health. Food safety is a public health priority with a critical role in the ۲۰۳۰ agenda for ۲۹ sustainable developments.The strategy’s vision is to achieve safe and healthy food for all so that all countries are capable of promoting, supporting and protecting their population’s health by applying food safety best practice to reduce the burden of foodborne diseases. WHO remains committed more than ever to providing continued guidance and support to Member States to prioritize, plan, implement, monitor and regularly evaluate actions to continuously strengthen food safety systems and promote global cooperation.This paper is a literature review that provided a new improve national food safety to recognize into national polices for health, agriculture, trade, Envi mental, and develop. IN addition, the growing global demand for food safety income from short term and medium /long term.
