Determination some element concentrations in dorema acheri by ICP-OES

A simple and new method is proposed for the determination of ۲۰ elements in dorema acheri. Microwave-assisted acid digestion followed by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). The relative standard deviations (RSDs) was ۷%. Recoveries for all elements ranged from ۷۶-۸۳ %, and linear correlation coefficients of ICP-OES were ۰.۹۹. This method has the advantage of a short analysis time and high extraction efficiency of dorema aucheri samples
