چکیده مقاله:

Social anxiety disorder is characterized by an intense fear of social situations in which the person may be noticed and scrutinized by others. We said that people with this disorder have difficulty talking to people, meeting new people, making class presentations and participating in gatherings and gatherings, they are afraid of others' judgment and sometimes they even understand that their fear is irrational; But they are unable to overcome this feeling. For this reason, the current research, while examining, defining and diagnosing social anxiety, the importance and necessity of treating this disorder has been written in a library and documentary method using valid scientific articles. In the following, the key role of teachers in diagnosing anxiety symptoms, managing, improving the performance and behavior of students with social anxiety has been discussed. According to the findings of this research, we came to the conclusion that teachers can influence students' perceptions of themselves. Therefore, it is expected that education and training by holding training courses related to social anxiety and also allocating a number of units of teacher training and teacher training courses in universities will help this issue so that knowledgeable teachers can enter the education system with efficient methods and take steps in order to improve learning and reduce the level of social anxiety of students.
