The present study investigates the indoor illuminance value compared to the outdoor illuminance value. The primary framework of this study (paradigm) is pragmatism-functionalism and it will be performed using a mixed method. The results in this method were obtained based on objective facts and existing theories, using library documents and data from meteorological and satellite stations in short and long periods and with the help of Rhino software (Honeybee and Ladybug plugins). To investigate the effect of the bedroom space on the indoor thermal behavior, a residential building in the southwest of Rasht city, with a northeast-southwest plan extension, was selected and modeled using honeybee software. In this study, the ۱۰۰, ۱۰۰ to ۲۰۰۰, and above ۲۰۰۰ were analyzed, the best state is in the range of ۱۰۰ to ۲۰۰۰, which shows how many percent of the time of the year the space of the house is used, the space performance in dealing with natural light was analyzed in three stages of ۱۰۰, ۱۰۰-۲۰۰۰, and above ۲۰۰۰. The best state is between ۱۰۰ and ۲۰۰۰, which shows which percentage of the year times has been spent in our space. For example, the set point shows the number ۶۰%, meaning that ۶۰% of the time is used in the space, not the entire year. It is abbreviated lux. Also, since our analyses were in three numerical intervals in two directions with and without a shading device and a rotation with a shading device is acceptable.
