چکیده مقاله:

The issue of finding ways to conserve energy has emerged as a pressing concern for governments, decision-makers, and stakeholders globally, particularly in the building sector. Energy-saving measures can be implemented at every stage of building construction, including pre-design, design, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction. The primary goal of this study is to examine the impact of connecting commissioning and green building practices on energy savings and non-energy-related outcomes. Green building rating systems are frameworks that assess the environmental performance of buildings and provide certification or ratings based on their level of sustainability. These rating systems take into account a broad range of factors, such as energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor air quality, and the use of sustainable materials and resources. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification, administered by the U.S. Green Building Council, is a popular green building rating system. This research considers the challenges of commissioning in green buildings and the key factors that contribute to the success of building commissioning through green buildings.
