چکیده مقاله:
The use of plant extracts in the synthesis route of the nanostructured compounds due to the presence of environmentally friendly biomolecules not only environmental pollutions decrease but also, growth of crystals is prevented and cause nanoscale compounds are formed. After the synthesis of nanostructured compounds, characterization of them is done using different spectroscopic and microscopic methods. In this research, the synthesis of barium nanostructures is reported using natural compound. The use of natural compounds creates a suitable method with advantages such as environmental friendliness, saving in the use of chemicals, and etc. Therefore, barium nanostructures are synthesized using sol-gel auto-combustion method. Barberry extract is used as a reducing agent in this synthesis. Then, various spectroscopic and microscopic techniques such as Fourier transforms infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) are used for characterization of the products. Also, the effects of amount of barberry extract on the morphology and particle size of the nanostructures are evaluated.
