A new fast shift-splitting preconditioner for saddle pointproblems

In this paper, a new fast shift-splitting (NFSS) method and its induced preconditioneris proposed for solving nonsymmetric saddle point problems. The convergenceanalysis of the NFSS iteration method is discussed. Finally, the efficiency of methodsis illustrated by giving one example.
