چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim: Increased plasma values of FIB (fibrinogen), TNFα (tumor necrosis factor alpha), IL-۶ (interleukin ۶), HCY (homocysteine) and CRP (c-reactive protein) are known as risk indicators of cardiovascular diseases. Although the activation of inflammatory processes is necessary at the first time point after myocardial infarction (MI), if it continues excessively, it can facilitate the recurrence of MI. Considering the positive effects of regular aerobic exercise programs on inflammation, it seems that aerobic exercise has a positive effect on the inflammatory status of patients with MI. Methods: This study reviews ۲۰ articles that have examined aerobic exercise on the response of cardiovascular disease risk indicators, and it has been used from reliable domestic and foreign publications with a high impact factor taken from Google Scholar and other scientific and research search engines. Findings: According to statistics and research, controlled and regular aerobic exercise can play an effective role in reducing the inflammatory indicators of cardiovascular disease in obese women. Conclusion: According to statistics and research, controlled and regular aerobic exercise can play an effective role in reducing the inflammatory indicators of cardiovascular disease in obese women.
