چکیده مقاله:

At present time, fluorescent and colorimetric chemosensors because of simplicity, lesstime-wasting, portability and cheapness have been attending as efficient tools for the detection ofnumerous metal ions such as bismuth [۱]. Unfortunately, most of these chemosensors are synthesisorganic compounds, which are harmful to man and the environment [۲]. Carminic acid (CA) is anincredibly stable and reliable natural dye and doesn't have any specific health and environmentalrisks [۳]. In this study, we introduced a new colorimetric chemosensor based on carmine dye forsensitive and selective determination of bismuth ions in buffer solution with pH ۴. According tothe method detection limit is ۰.۰۵۶ μmolL-۱ and linear dynamic ranges between ۰.۴۰ to ۴۶.۵۹μmolL-۱. No serious interference was evaluated during analysis of at least ۱۰۰-fold excess of various cations species such as Ni+, Fe۳+, Ag+, Pb۲+, Al۳+, Zn۲+ Mg۲+, Ce۳+, Co۲+, Cu۲+, Mg۲+,Mn۲+, Cr۳+, Ca۲+, Na+, K+, Hg۲+, V۵+, NH۴+, Ba۲+, Sr۲+. The suggested method was applied for thedetermination of bismuth in various human plasma samples.
