Purpose of this study is evaluating effects and role of cultural intelligence on administrators’ performance in NIDC. Cultural intelligence(CQ) is one of the most effective instruments for performing effective tasks in workplaces with variety and heterogeneity in work forces. Cultural intelligence standard questionnaire, which was published by cultural intelligence measurement center in U.S., was used for measuring cultural intelligence and Campbell questionnaire was used for measuring task performance. The sample of this study was composed of ۳۰ administrators in NIDC and ۲۵۰ person of their employees which were chosen by random stratified sampling method. SPSS ۲۰ was used for analyzing the samples. Results of Pearson product-moment correlation analysis illustrated positive and significant dependency between cultural intelligence and administrator’s performance. In order to evaluating impact of cultural intelligence components simultaneously on administrators’ task performance, Input Model Multiple Regression Test was used. It was observed that cultural intelligence (CQ) effect on administrators’ performance is due to strategy, knowledge and behavior aspects of cultural intelligence. Finally, prioritizing yielded from results of Freedman test denoted that among CQ aspects, cognitive aspect of CQ has maximum and metacognitive aspect has minimum average ratings
