LC۵۰ determination of copper salt (CuSO۴) in Rutilus caspicus during ۹۶ hours

The experiments were conducted for LC۵۰ determination of copper salt (CuSO۴) in Rutilus rutilus during ۹۶ hours. This study was conducted by added copper salt in thanks. The fish's average weight was about ۲±۰.۵g to Rutilus rutilus. The lethal concentration of copper was measured of ۰.۴mgL-۱ mgL-۱ to Rutilus rutilus during of ۹۶ hours. The LC۵۰ (median lethal concentration) was obtained ۰.۲۰۸ mgL-۱ to Cyprinus carpio, that resulted from a linear regression and relationship between the mortality percentage and different used concentrations of copper.
