چکیده مقاله:

Our objective was to study the plant potential to concentrate and accumulate essential elements and cadmium from lands lmder wastewater liTigation. The study was perfonned in the fan ner fields in 2005 at Varamin region located in south of Tehran-Iran. The soil is a Sham·-e-Ray Series, Typic Haplogypsids. The crops were sunflower, tumip and forage com under wastewater inigation. The experiment was a randmnized block design with three replications. The Slmflower, tumip and forage com were sampled in 2005 and separated into roots, above grmmd material. The three crops were analyzed for nitrogen (N), phosphoms (P), potassium (K), nitrate (N03), hon (Fe), Manganese (Mn), Zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), cadmium (Cd). The results of experiinent showed that the highest concentration of nitrogen (N), phosphoms (P), Zinc (Zn), copper (Cu) and cadmium (Cd) were 6.05% ,1.27% ,97.27 ppm ,22.84 ppm and0.54ppm in sunflower respectively, and the most accumulation of nitrogen(N), phosphoms (P), Zinc (Zn) and copper (Cu) were in grain and cadmium in leaf. The most concentration of potassium (K) and nitrate (N03) were 5.79% and 8.26% in tumip respectively, and the most accumulation of potassium (K) and nitrate (N0 3) were in leaf. Finally, the most concentration of hon (Fe) and Manganese (Mn) were 335.25 and 114.78 ppm in forage com respectively, and the most accumulation ofhon (Fe) and Manganese (Mn) were in root and leaf respectively. Base on the results of this experiinent, lands lmder wastewater liTigation with excessive amount of essential elements and cadmium can cultivate sunflower for uptake excessive content of nitrogen (N), phosphoms (P), Zinc (Zn), copper(Cu) and cadmium (Cd), tumip for uptake excessive content of potassium (K) and nitrate (N0 3) and forage com for uptake excessive content ofhon (Fe) and Manganese (Mn) without any yield decrease.
