Introduction: Prostate cancer (PC) is a major public healthproblem among men population, and the third-leading cause ofdeath. It is, then, essential to identify new potential biomarkersfor early diagnosis and targeted treatment in PC. This surveyaims to find the hub genes in primary and metastatic prostatecancer.Materials and Methods: The gene expression profile ofGSE۲۱۰۳۴ was retrieved from the Gene Expression Omnibusdatabase. The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) amongprimary tumor (N=۱۸۱) to normal (N=۲۹) prostate tissue andmetastatic (N=۳۰) to primary tumor were measured by Limmapackage in R software.Results: Achieving a comprehensive knowledge of the hubgenes in PC may help us to design diagnostic biomarkers andtargeted treatment. In our study, ۶۴ genes (۱۸ up-regulated and۴۶ down-regulated) were differentially expressed in metastaticto primary tumor. The up-regulated genes in primary and metastatictumors were significantly related to prostate gland cancerand bone tissue respectively.TOP۲A,TPX۲, ANLN, UBE۲C, RRM۲, and MKI۶۷ were identifiedas hub genes that were in the metastatic prostate. But, wedid not find hub genes in the primary tumors.
