چکیده مقاله:
Background: Late diagnosis and low onset age are the twomost important factors involved in the fatality of breast canceramong Iranian women. Breast cancer is categorized intoseveral subtypes based on genetic markers. Many studies havebeen conducted regarding the relationship between geneticmutations and the occurrence of breast cancer among Iranianpatients, however, the importance of the genetic factors is notclearly known.Materials and Methods: In a systematic review, all the publishedmolecular studies in the Iranian population in relation to breastcancer from ۲۰۱۹ to ۲۰۲۳ were screened for genetic markers. Results: The most significant genes and genetic markers thatwere correlated with breast cancer progression in the Iranianpopulation were as follows: P۵۳ (rs۱۶۲۵۸۹۵), BRCA۱(c.۳۵۴۸A>G, ۴۸۳۷A>G), BRCA۲, miR-۳۴a, miR-۹, miR-۱۵۵, miR-۱۹۶a, miR-۱۹۶b, miR-۱۴۰, PALB۴, CBR۳-AS۱,DSCAM-AS۱, ZEB۲-AS۱, lncUSMycN, CCAT۱, MALAT۱,hsa_circ_۰۰۰۵۰۴۶, hsa_circ_۰۰۰۱۷۹۱, CD۶۱, and ABCG۲.Conclusion: In this systematic review, a panel of genetic markersfor the diagnosis of breast cancer among Iranian women waspresented that can be considered for further investigation.
