چکیده مقاله:

Nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems can reduce sideeffects, increase drug release time, and control drug release.Polymeric nanoparticles used as drug nanocarriers increasedrug solubility and stability. Growing concerns about the safetyof chemicals and additives have necessitated the use of bioactivesubstances. Drug concentration is an important factor incytotoxicity studies as it can play a role in cell death and growthinhibition. Thus, beneficial substances released by nanocarriersremove negative and unstable substances from cells. Nanocarriersare designed for prolonged release of drugs at the cancersite, resulting in potent cytotoxicity. In the most recent study, nanocarriers are prepared by double emulsion methods that stabilizeand fix the shape of the nanoparticles and also prevent thenanoparticles from accelerating during drug release in vivo. Inthis study, Cytotoxicity investigated the effect of a newly developednanocarrier on anti-inflammatory drug delivery to breastcancer cells(MCF-۷).
