چکیده مقاله:

Objective: Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignanttumors and the main cause of cancer-related deaths in theworld. According to the World Cancer Survey ۲۰۲۰, colorectal cancer ranks third in terms of incidence and second in terms ofmortality. Currently, surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapyare the main treatment options for Colorectal cancer. Therefore, the search for highly specific molecular targets for the treatmentof colorectal cancer is of great importance.Materials and Methods: Microarray analysis was performedon the GSE۱۱۰۷۱۵ dataset using GEO۲R. Genetic and functionalanalysis of Gepia۲ and Enrichr genes, kegg signalingpathway analysis was performed. According to the samples ofcolorectal cancer studies in the populations that have the marker(SNP=rs۲۲۸۳۵۷۵), -۳≤FC<۳,adj p-value <۰.۰۵ has increasedexpression. In the studies of ۱۲ human samples, ۶ cancer samplesand ۶ healthy samples. After screening the genes, there are۱۹۹ high expression genes and ۲۹۹ low expression genes. Results: GSE۱۱۰۷۱۵ data was obtained from GEO database.GSE۱۱۰۷۱۵ contained ۲۹۹ genes with decreased expressionand ۱۹۹ genes with increased expression. In this analysis, FCgreater than ۳ indicates increased expression and -۳ indicatesdecreased expression. We found that defects in biological processes, metabolic processes, and organismic processes causecancer. KEGG pathway analysis showed that genes (WNT,MAPK/PI۳K, TGF-β, TP۵۳) increased their expression in apathway and Zeb۱ causes cancer cells. The results showed thatPOLRMT gene is statistically significant and causes The increaseis expressed. Conclusion: POLRMT modulated gene expression profileidentified high risk stage ۲ and ۳ colorectal cancer patients, canpredict disease free survival, and has prognostic potential forstage ۲ and ۳ colorectal cancer patients
