چکیده مقاله:

The entry of water contaminated with organic dyes causes raised toxicity levels of water anddamage to organisms [۱]. During the last years, inorganic perovskite oxides, have attractedsignificant research interest due to their specific physical and chemical properties [۲,۳]. Ceriumoxide has the eligibility of high dielectric constant, natural plenty, inexpensive, and variablevalence states between Ce۳+ and Ce۴+ [۴]. The investigation on Ce-based perovskites is barely upto now [۵]. In addition, the effect of Ce doping on the PbTiO۳ physical properties has not beenstudied. However, it is known that semiconductors with a heterojunction structure are one of themost effective procedures to increase the active sites of catalysts and decrease the chargerecombination rate [۵]. Here, the CeCoO۳/MoS۲ heterojunction and co-doped perovskite Ce-Co-PbTiO۳ were successfully synthesized by the hydrothermal method. Their morphology andphotocatalyst performance were considered in detail. The result in optimal conditions wascompared to that of pure perovskite. Because of the decrement of charge recombination rate andfast charge transfer between perovskite and nanoparticles, the heterojunction structure illustrateda higher photoactivity on decolorization of MB, RhB, and MO than pure perovskite. Thesephotocatalysts could supply a qualified method using them as an impressive candidate for theconversion of organic dyes in the water.
