چکیده مقاله:

Perovskite semiconductor nanocrystals (PNCs) have appeared as a new kind of excellentoptoelectronic materials for photovoltaic applications due to their remarkable optical properties[۱]. Although PNCs have many significant properties, they still have problems such as poorstability. The structure of PNCs will be damaged when exposed to the environment of humidity, polar solvents or high temperature and metal−organic frameworks (MOFs) can be used to solvethis problem [۲]. This porous crystalline materials, possess numerous advantages including uniquechemical functions (absorption/ catalyst), useful physical properties (luminescent/ magnetic), highsurface area, tunable porosity, structural diversity and different coordination geometries [۳]. Thiswork reports, a facile strategy to improve the stability and photoluminescence of novel PNCs byencapsulating them in UiO-۶۷ was introduced. UiO-۶۷ is a type of MOFs that was synthesizedusing ZrCl۴ and ۴,۴-biphenyldicarboxylic acid (H۲BPDC) using a hydrothermal method. In thepresent study, novel synthesized PNCs using the ligand-assisted reprecipitation technique (LARP)method. The PNCs@Uio-۶۷ composite shows higher photoluminescence intensity and betterstability compared to bare PNCs. The resulted composite powder exhibited good deep blueluminescence(λexc = ۳۲۰ nm), high PLQY (~۵۸%), excellent thermal stability and long-termstorage stability.
