چکیده مقاله:

بخشی م. ۱۳۹۷. بازنگری بر آرایه بندی جنس Pseudocercospora. دانش بیماری شناسی گیاهی ۸(۱): ۱۴-۱. DOI: ۱۰.۲۹۸۲/PPS.۸.۱.۱. گونه های Pseudocercospora از قارچهای بیمارگر گیاهی با دامنه میزبانی وسیع روی گیاهان علفی و چوبی هستند. از زمان توصیف اولیه این جنس، آرایه بندی آن همواره چالش برانگیز بوده است. در سال های اخیر داده های توالی DNA از نواحی ژنی مختلف اطلاعات مفیدی در مورد آرایه بندی صحیح جنس Pseudocercospora فراهم نموده­اند. این داده ها نشان داده­ اند که گونه­ های Pseudocercospora  در بیش از یک مسیر درون قارچهای تیره Mycosphaerellaceae، راسته Capnodiales، رده Dothideomycetes، شاخه Ascomycota تکامل یافته­اند و چندنیایی هستند. همچنین گونه های با ریختشناسی، نشانه ­ها و دامنه میزبانی مشابه، ولی از مناطق جغرافیایی مختلف ممکن است از لحاظ فیلوژنتیکی گونه های متمایزی باشند. شناسایی دقیق عامل بیماری، گام اول در مدیریت بیماری های این بیمارگرها است. صفات کلیدی ریختشناسی و داده ­های ژنتیکی نوین برای شناسایی گونه­ های این جنس، در این مقاله شرح داده شده اند.
