چکیده مقاله:

This paper provides an overview of the simulation of solar cells using Silvaco software, a widely-used tool for designing and optimizing semiconductor devices. The simulation process begins with a p-type wafer with an initial concentration of e۱۴ , which is then subjected to n+ type impurity diffusion using physical diffusionwith a thickness of ۱ micron. The cathode and anode of the solar cell are made of aluminum, which is deposited on the wafer surface to a depth of ۱۰: using physical layer deposition models. To ensure simulation accuracy, an oxide layer with a thickness of ۰.۵ microns is deposited on the wafer surface to prevent the wafer from reacting with atmospheric oxygen. The simulation employs physical methods to model all the processes involved in making a solar cell, and Silvaco's simulation tools, including Athena andAtlas, are used to accurately simulate the physical processes involved. The simulation results demonstrate that Silvaco software is a reliable and effective tool for designing and optimizing solar cells for maximum efficiency.
