Methods: To accomplish this objective, a thorough review of relevant literature was conducted using databases such as PubMed, CINAHL, and Scopus. Keywords including "remote nursing," "self-care," "addiction recovery," "telehealth," and "personalized interventions" were utilized to identify pertinent studies. The selected articles were evaluated based on their relevance, methodology, and empirical findings. Results: This review highlight the pivotal role of remote nursing in promoting self-care among individuals seeking recovery from addiction. Through telehealth platforms, remote nurses provide continuous monitoring, guidance, and education, fostering patients' self-awareness and accountability. Personalized interventions tailored to patients' unique needs facilitate the development of coping skills and relapse prevention strategies, bolstering their commitment to self-care. The potential challenges, such as technological barriers and patient engagement, are also discussed. Collaborative efforts between remote nursing professionals, addiction specialists, and technology developers are emphasized to optimize the integration of remote nursing into addiction recovery programs. Conclusion: This review underscores the transformative impact of remote nursing on addiction recovery, with a specific emphasis on fostering self-care practices. By bridging the gap between healthcare providers and patients, remote nursing empowers individuals to actively engage in their recovery journey. As technology continues to reshape healthcare delivery, remote nursing holds promise in revolutionizing addiction recovery through personalized, accessible, and patient-centric interventions.
