A total of ۱۲۵ infected women were studied.Data were collected using withdemographic information questionnaire, the women's sexual function index (FSFI; Rosen et al., ۲۰۰۰) and Enrich's marital satisfaction. Then it was analyzed using descriptive statistics and SPSS-۲۲ software.Findings: The results of the analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) also showed that the changes in the average score of sexual function and total marital satisfaction score in women with genital cancer are statistically insignificant (p > ۰.۰۵).The results of variance analysis showed that the differences in all six dimensions of the sexual function questionnaire in women with all three types of genital cancer in this study, which include ovarian, uterine, and cervical cancer, are not different. ۰.۰۵).Also, test also showed that the difference in the mean score of marital satisfaction in women with genital cancer was not statistically significant at ۹۵ % confidence level. The variance analysis did not significantly differ between the mean score of thecomponents of marital satisfaction and the total marital satisfaction score in womenwith genital cancer (p ˃ ۰.۰۵). The Pearson correlation coefficient test also did notshow a significant relationship between total marital satisfaction and demographiccharacteristics in women with uterine and ovarian cancers. The results of Pearson'scorrelation coefficient in the group of womenwith cervical cancer showed astatistically significant relationship between total marital satisfactions with age at marriage. Results: The results of this study showed that there is no difference between the overall sexual function and its components in women with genital tract cancer. The type of genital tract cancer has an effect on women's sexual performance. This study in addition to determining marital satisfaction and its components in women with genital cancers, expands the scope of midwifery science in this field, and can also be used as a basis for further intervention studies.
