ارزیابی سهم مولفه های پایداری در سلامت محیط شهری کلان شهر اراک

Sustainability in healthy urban systems required to determine some effective indicators in different aspects of economic, social and environment. Development of appropriate indicators and find the most suitable method for the quantification of sustainability indicators are important elements in explaining urban health programs and taking important decisions. In this paper, at first the various parameters in three cluster of social, economic and environment are collected and then using Analytic Network Process (ANP) as a MCDM technique tried to introduce appropriate method to determine the weight of each indicator and then find a way for prioritization of sustainability indicators. This method helps to quantify urban health indicators. In addition, using this method optimal choice of policy makers to assess various scenarios to achieve sustainable and healthy urban environments can be achieved. City urban management experts who have at least five years experience in their specialty have been chosen and they tried to weight criteria and indicators according to the technique of ANP. Results show the appropriate indicators in different sectors of economic, social and environment to achieve urban sustainable development. Combined expertise and capabilities of Analytic Network Process as a benefit of this research will enable policy makers to make optimal choices. Another benefit of this research is the reasonable weighting of sustainability indicators.   ند )[۰ خص­های موثر از جنبه­های مختلف اقتصادی- اجتماعی و محیط­­زیستی است. توسعه شاخص­های متناسب و یافتن مناسب­ترین روش جهت کمی­سازی این شاخص­ها در تعریف پایداری از ارکان مهم در تبیین برنامه­ها و          تصمیم­گیری­های کلان سلامت شهری است. در این مقاله ابتدا به بررسی شاخص­های مختلف پرداخته می­شود و سپس با استفاده از تکنیک­های تصمیم­گیری چند معیاری به معرفی روشی متناسب جهت تعیین وزن هر یک از شاخص­های پایداری و در نهایت اولویت بندی آنها پرداخته می­شود. این روش علاوه بر کمی­سازی شاخص­های سلامت شهری، امکان انتخاب بهینه را به سیاستگذاران می­دهد تا با ارزیابی سناریوهای مختلف به پایدارترین و سالم­ترین محیط­های شهری نایل شوند. خبرگان شهراراک که دارای سابقه مدیریت شهری      بوده­اند در تخصص خود اقدام به وزن دهی معیارها با توجه به تکنیک ANP[۱] نموده­اند.  نتایج مبین شاخص­های مناسب در بخش­های مختلف اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیط­زیستی جهت نیل به توسعه پایدار شهری است. ترکیب نظرات کارشناسی و قابلیت­های روش تحلیل شبکه­ای به عنوان مزیت این تحقیق امکان انتخاب بهینه را به سیاستگذاران خواهد داد. وزن دهی منطقی شاخص­های پایداری از مزایای دیگر این تحقیق است.   [۱]-Analytic Network Process
