Investigating the effect of organizational knowledgemanagement and organizational intelligence onorganizational growth

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of organizational knowledge management andorganizational intelligence on organizational excellence with the mediating effect of dynamiccapabilities among municipal employees of one of Iran's cities, Isfahan. This descriptive-correlationalresearch is based on the structural equation model with an applied nature and cross-sectional in terms oftime. The statistical population in this research included ۱,۲۰۰ municipal employees in all regions ofIsfahan, of which ۲۹۱ were selected based on Cochran's sample size using convenience sampling .
