This study presents the development and application of a highly sensitive Co-Metal-Organic Framework/Molecularly Imprinted Polymer/Glassy Carbon Electrode (Co-MOF/MIP/GCE) sensor for the precise detection of Amphotericin B (AmB). The sensor'sperformance was meticulously optimized, resulting in impressive attributes. It boasts a widelinear detection range spanning from ۰.۱ μM to ۱۸۰۰ μM, with a remarkably low limit ofdetection (LOD) of ۰.۰۱ μM and a limit of quantitation (LOQ) of ۰.۱ μM, underscoring itsexceptional sensitivity. The method's precision is exemplified by a relative standard deviation(RSD) of less than ۰.۰۱۴%. Furthermore, real sample analysis demonstrated the sensor'spractical utility, achieving recovery rates between ۹۴.۸% and ۱۰۲%. This Co-MOF/MIP sensorpresents a highly promising solution for AmB analysis, with significant potential applications inpharmaceutical quality control and clinical drug monitoring.
