This study has beenprepared based on the literature review and is aimed at improving the performance of knowledgemanagement, which is one of the important and key factors of project and construction management science.The results show that the application of the BIM process and knowledge management and the integration ofthese two topics can have a significant and tangible impact on reducing risks, increasing the speed ofreceiving and improving errors, controlling estimates and schedules, etc., as well as the quality andproductivity of the project. to increase significantly.
