چکیده مقاله:

The use of the twelve principles of green chemistry in the synthesis of nanoparticles has been considered due to the ability to design alternative, safer and more efficient routes for synthesis. Today, environmentally friendly methods for the synthesis of nanoparticles, including the use of plants, are widely used. Grape varieties have a wide range of chemical compounds such as sugars, organic acids, mineral salts and vitamins. Biosynthesized silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) are a class of environmentally friendly and cost-effective agents that exhibit anticancer, antibacterial, and antifungal properties. Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), a class of porous crystalline materials, are assembled with metal ions and various organic bonds. In this article, we use red grapes for the synthesis of silver nanoparticles to prepare the desired MOF. Finally, the nanostructure of Ag@Ni-MOF was confirmed by FTIR and XRD analyses. The inhibitory activity of compounds against pathogenic bacterial and fungal strains were investigated and showed the best antimicrobial effects.
