چکیده مقاله:

Green architecture is a modern way of building construction, which has attracted the attention of construction projects and architects in this field in recent years. Green buildings, which are designed and built with modern architecture and in this style, provide a new path for growing movement, in accordance with modern technologies. For the implementation of architecture and green buildings, the laws governing the environment and nature are the basis of the work. This style of architecture is more interested in people who are interested in the environment in some way. In short, green buildings are buildings that have complied with the following three factors in their construction: ۱- Health and quality of the environment domestic, ۲-maximizing energy efficiency and its storage, ۳-maximizing the use of renewable natural resources. Sustainable architecture uses a conscious approach to energy and ecological conservation in the design of the built environment. The idea of sustainability, or ecological design, is to ensure that use of currently available resources does not end up having detrimental effects to a future society's well-being or making it impossible to obtain resources for other applications in the long run. Sustainable architecture is a trend in architecture that seeks to minimize the negative environmental effects of buildings by increasing efficiency and moderation in the use of materials, energy, construction space and the ecosystem in general in large dimensions. Sustainable architecture uses a conscious approach to energy and environmental protection in the design of the built environment. In recent years, sustainability concept has become the common interest of numerous disciplines. The reason for this popularity is to perform the sustainable development. Green architecture or sustainable architecture is one of the new trends and approaches of architecture that has been considered by many contemporary designers and architects in recent years. This architecture, which arises from the concepts of sustainable development, seeks to adapt and harmonize with the environment is one of the basic human needs in today's world. The purpose of creating green buildings is to improve the climate, prevent the loss of energy used for cooling and heating, and prevent the negative effects of construction on the environment. In recent years, sustainability concept has become the common interest of numerous disciplines. The reason for this popularity is to perform the sustainable development. The Concept of Green Architecture, also known as "sustainable architecture" or "green building," is the theory, science and style of buildings designed and constructed in accordance with environmentally friendly principles. Green architecture strives to minimize the number of resources consumed in the building's construction, use and operation, as well as curtailing the harm done to the environment through the emission, pollution and waste of its components. To design, construct, operate and maintain buildings energy, water and new materials are utilized as well as amounts of waste causing negative effects to health and environment is generated.
