چکیده مقاله:
The present Research was an endeavour to evaluate the impact of privatization on the mental health of RINL employees in Visakhapatnam. The study was conducted to identify various demographical variables of Mental illness. The locate for the study was restricted to RINL. The total sample size was comprised of ۹۶ employees who were selected by using convenient sampling. Our Research design was Quantitative. Data Analysis conducted through Rcmdr (R programming). Results showed that Demographical variables (Age, Educational Qualification, Annual Income and Designation) have significance in various dimensions of mental health such as Positive Self-evaluation, Perception of Reality, Integration of Personality, Group- Oriented attitudes, and Environmental Mastery. Researcher found that Due to privatization of the steel plant above ۴۶ age group and above ۱۱ lakhs annual income group employees have a high mental illness. Moreover, Executive employees have more mental illness than non-Executive employees. Multiple regression analysis result shows that privatization of steel plant, above ۴۶ age group and Post-Graduation because they are at greater risk for mental health issues than those of general population.
