چکیده مقاله:

This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effectiveness of metallization training on general symptoms of psychosomatic disorders and job burnout in employees. The research method was a field experiment of pre-test and post-test type with a control group. The statistical population of the research included all the employees of an industrial company in Isfahan. The research sample included ۳۰ employees who were randomly selected after the initial screening and replaced in two experimental and control groups. In order to measure the variables, Moher's (۲۰۰۰) General Symptoms of Psychosomatic Disorders Questionnaire and Maslach and Jackson's (۱۹۸۱) Job Burnout Questionnaire were used. First, both groups were pre-tested and then the experimental intervention was performed on the experimental group during ۸ sessions of ۶۰ minutes and during ۴ consecutive weeks, and at the end, the post-test was performed. The obtained data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics by spss_۲۴ software. The results of the analysis of covariance and at the level of p<۰.۰۵ for the experimental group in order to determine the effectiveness of metallization training showed that as an effective intervention, this intervention has been able to reduce the general symptoms of psychosomatic disorders and job burnout among employees in the testing phase. Therefore, metallization training is a suitable strategy to reduce the general symptoms of psychophysical disorders and job burnout in employees, and it can be used as an effective intervention method.
